Problems logging on to your personal Shuttel account
We are sorry you are having trouble logging on. There are several possible causes:

Logging on for Rijksoverheid employees
Shuttel manages the Rijksoverheid mobility card. Shuttel has a separate portal for Rijksoverheid employees.

Logging on via the My Shuttel environment with SSO
When your organization uses Single Sign-on (SSO), which means you log on to your employer’s system to access the Shuttel environment directly, there is a specific URL for your organization (companyname.shuttel.nl). The step-by-step description for logging on:

  1. Log on to your employer’s system using your company account, which gives access to a range of applications and services like your email and a My HR environment.
  2. Your employer makes a link available via your internal corporate portal or intranet, which refers to companyname.shuttel.nl. This link takes you directly to your personal My Shuttel environment.
  3. You log on once and are logged on automatically after that.

Logging on via the Shuttel App with SSO
When you use Single Sign-on (SSO) to log in to the Shuttel App, follow these steps:

  1. In the app, click ‘Log on to your organization’ and enter your company name.
  2. The system takes you to the logon page of your employer’s system.
  3. Log on using your company account the same way you log on to your employer’s system.

Please note: You may have to go through additional authentication as usual for your employer’s other corporate apps. This may be a text message code or authenticator app.

Don't have a business email yet or no longer have access to your business email?
If you are a new employee and haven’t received an email address from your employer, or if you left the company and your business email no longer works, use the private email address you gave your employer to register for Shuttel (mijn.shuttel.nl) or classify your last transactions.

Can I log on via my company’s SSO?
Are you unsure whether your employer’s Single Sign-On works for Shuttel? Ask your HR department to find out.

Forgot your password?

  1. Go to mijn.shuttel.nl
  2. Click ‘Click here’ in the blue text box.
  3. Enter your Shuttel email address and click ‘Confirm’. We will send you an email with a password reset link. If you don’t receive an email, please contact us.
  4. Click the link in the email.
  5. Enter your new password twice. Keep the following criteria in mind:
  • At least 8 characters
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 1 lowercase letter
  • At least 1 capital letter
  • At least 1 special character, such as !, @, €, %, etc.

Username doesn’t work?
Your username is the same as your business email address. If this doesn’t work, your employer may have opted for a specific solution or approach. Consult the communications from your HR department for more information.

Trouble logging on via two step verification?
If you are trying to log on via two step verification but have trouble with the one-off code, follow these steps:

  1. Reset your password via the email address registered with Shuttel.
  2. Download and/or open the Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone and add Shuttel by scanning the QR code (enter anything as the 'device name')
  3. Now log on to mijn.shuttel.nl with the email address registered with Shuttel plus your password and enter the code from the authenticator app in the one-off code box.

If you can’t log on using these steps, please contact our customer service.
